My name is Dayden. I work in a factory in Rice Lake, Wisconsin.

I started Welvo because I kept looking for supplements that made sense for people like me — people who work for a living, who don't have a personal trainer or a nutrition coach, and who just want to feel better without having to become an expert first.

Most brands are built for gym culture. Everything is about performance and aesthetics and pushing harder. That's fine. But it's not most people's lives.
